Ian Lloyd

Ian lives and works on the Northside at Aspley. He has nine years experience inMortgage broking, working as a loan writer and manager for some of the mostsuccessful broking companies in Australia. He has now applied that experienceto building a team of quality, experienced brokers to look after Lloydsclients. He says "our clients are the only reason for our success. If we lookafter them, to grow and achieve their goals, that becomes our success!"

Prior to working as a mortgage broker Ian was employed in the helping
professions. As a family man with three children, he understands some of the
difficulties in balancing that responsibility with the demands sometimes made
by lenders. " I believe family is the most important thing in life. Providing
for our families is the most rewarding and yet sometimes most challenging issuefor many of us. I work closely with each one and keep them informed every step of the way. To help a client achieve their goal(s) is a privelige."

Matthew Ninness

Matthew moved into the Finance Industry after studying Commerce/Law at Newcastle University . Matthew has gained a wealth of experience in a number of roles across Mortgage Broking over the last 4 years.

Matthew moved to Queensland last year to be part of Lloyds Finance & is committed to caring for his clients so that they happy to use him again and pass his name onto others.

Matthew says “I believe very strongly in working ethically and diligently with all clients and maintaining the highest level of work possible. I also understand the importance of achieving the best possible results for clients through Mortgage Planning.”

Andrew McQuade

Andrew McQuade is a happily married family man with two children and another one due early 2006. Residing on the Gold Coast, Andrew works primarily throughout the Gold and Tweed coasts and up to Brisbane .

Andrew has 20 years finance experience in both administration and sales roles. Andrew’s experience and comprehensive understanding of all facets of finance is a result of his experience with major banks, motor vehicle finance companies, motor vehicle fleet managers and mortgage originators.

This experience, understanding and Andrew’s work ethic and attention to detail enables Andrew to assist clients to correctly structure their financial arrangements to most effectively meet their needs.

Shane Hatchman

Shane has worked extensively as a mortgage broker and also in the Motor Vehicle financial services sector.
